Kurseong

Kurseong, meaning 'the land of white orchids', is a quiet and charming hill station located between Siliguri and Darjeeling. It boasts a pleasant climate throughout the year and is surrounded by lush tea gardens, pine forests, and, of course, orchids.

Less commercialized than Darjeeling, Kurseong offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the plains and mountains. It's home to several colonial-era schools and historical buildings. The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway also chugs its way through the town, adding to its old-world charm.
